Hello, I'm French and do not speak polish. Sorry for that.
My grand father Jean-Marie Le Garff was POW in stalag IIA Neuebrandenburg from 1940 to 1945. His last Kommando was 75-1 Neustrelitz. He died in 1969. We know that he met a polish woman during his stay in the stalag or in the kommando and he had a baby girl. When he goes back to France, he said to his family that he recognized paternity for this child. For different reasons,he lost contact with the woman and the baby girl. The family is looking for this child for years. We have no name and no place of birth. Do you have any advice to help us ?
Bonjour, Je suis franaise et ne parle pas polonais. Dsole pour cela. Mon Grand père, Jean-Marie Le Garff tait prisonnier de guerre de 1940 à 1945 au stalag IIA Neuenbrandenburg. Sa dernière affectation tait au Kommando 75-A Neustrelitz. Nous savons qu'il a rencontr une jeune femme polonaise soit au stalag soit au Kommando et qu'il a eu une fille avec cette jeune femme. Il a d'ailleurs reconnu cette enfant. Mais pour des raisons diverses il a perdu contact avec la femme et l'enfant. Il est dcd en 1969 et nous recherchons depuis des annes cette enfant. Je n'ai ni date de naissance, ni nom ni lieu. Quelqu'un aurait il des conseils pour me permettre d'avancer dans mes recherches ?

Czy kto ma jakie porady, ktre pomog mi i naprzd w moich badaniach?
